FILLOPAPPOU RESIDENCIES The building is situated on a plot of 140 m2 at a privileged spot, facing a quiet pedestrian street with 2-storey houses that allow unobstructed views of the Filopappou hill. The site is within walking distance, 5 minutes from the "Sygrou-Fix” Metro Station and 10 minutes from the Acropolis, the pedestrian walkway of Dionysiou Areopagitou and the " Acropolis" Metro station. Three apartments of 83 m2 have been constructed (on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor) and a maisonette of 180m2 on the 4t and 5th floor. The maisonette enjoys the exclusive use of the terrace, with a 27m2 swimming pool and panoramic views of the Filopappou hill to the north and the sea to the south.
